QUESTIONS FROM THE FIELD
Clear answers before you start.
How accurate are the calculators?
Core electrical and conduit tools use deterministic formulas with visible inputs and units. Users must still verify inputs, bender specifications, manufacturer instructions, adopted codes, and jobsite conditions.
Does Field Agent replace an electrician or engineer?
No. Field Agent helps organize, draft, and explain. AI output can be incomplete or wrong and must be reviewed by a qualified person. It does not replace code research, design, supervision, or safety procedures.
How does company access work?
A Contractor Pro owner can invite employees, assign roles, select jobsite access, and provide company-paid tools and AI. Employees do not need an individual paid plan for company-sponsored access.
What happens when AI credits run low?
The app will show usage and remaining weighted credits. Eligible users can purchase clearly priced top-ups; automatic top-ups will not be enabled without authorization.
Can I cancel during the free trial?
The planned launch offer provides 3 free days for eligible new subscribers. Final renewal and cancellation details will be displayed before checkout.
